• The user is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
7. Fees and Payments

The platform does not guarantee that the services are free from errors, interruptions, or technical defects, and it is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the system or reliance on the data provided therein.
The owning company, its management, employees, or contractors bear no liability for any legal, commercial, financial, or regulatory claims arising from misuse of the system or data by any third party.
All services and tools provided by the platform are auxiliary and complementary tools that facilitate data sharing based on user input and do not constitute an official reference or substitute for documents issued by relevant governmental or official authorities.
The user acknowledges that by using the system, they may agree to share some of their data publicly according to the nature of the platform’s work, without further consent, provided it is in accordance with the announced and agreed-upon system policies.
The owning company, its management, employees, or contractors bear no responsibility for any incorrect information in bank accounts, social media platforms, branch addresses, or any other data and information added or entered by the user.

The user acknowledges full responsibility for registering their account in the system. If the user is not fully authorized to register on behalf of another person, they bear legal responsibility for any consequences arising from this.

Criteria for Selecting a Custom Mukhtaser in the Mukhtaser System:
To ensure information accuracy and protect the rights of all parties, all subscribers must comply with the following policies and criteria when requesting a custom Mukhtaser:
The Mukhtaser must be compatible with and directly indicate the identity of the registered entity.
The Mukhtaser can be a logical abbreviation or derived from the official registered entity’s name.
The Mukhtaser can be based on a registered trademark owned by the registered entity.
There must be a clear and documented relationship between the registered entity and the requested Mukhtaser.
Abbreviations that have no legal or commercial relation to the entity or violate applicable laws and regulations are prohibited.
Commitment to not violating intellectual property rights or using abbreviations that are prohibited or reserved by others.
System’s Right to Accept or Reject:
The system reserves the right to accept or reject any custom Mukhtaser without providing reasons.
Compliance with Intellectual Property Rights:
The custom Mukhtaser must not infringe any intellectual property rights or registered trademarks. It must not include country names or names of famous persons.
Official Documents:
The system reserves the right to request official documents or proofs when submitting a custom Mukhtaser request.
Character Limits:
The custom Mukhtaser must consist of 6 characters, according to system policies.
Avoiding Inappropriate Terms:
The custom Mukhtaser must not include offensive or inappropriate terms.
Repetition of Characters and Numbers:
The custom Mukhtaser must not consist of repeated or identical letters or numbers, such as a single letter or number repeated multiple times.
Suitability of Mukhtaser Name:
The custom Mukhtaser name must reflect the business or organization name.
Priority for Registered Businesses:
Priority in registering custom Mukhtasers is given to officially registered businesses.
Validity Period of the Mukhtaser:
The custom Mukhtaser will be valid for a certain period and can be renewed according to organization policies.
Cancellation of Mukhtaser:
The system reserves the right to cancel any custom Mukhtaser if it is found to violate the terms and conditions or used for illegal purposes.
Prohibition of Illegal Use:
Custom Mukhtasers must not be used for any illegal activities or actions harmful to public interests.
Review of Mukhtasers:
The system reserves the right to review and verify compliance of custom Mukhtasers with terms and conditions.
Cancellation of Pending Requests:
Custom Mukhtaser requests that remain incomplete for a long time may be automatically canceled.
Service Fees:
Additional fees may be applied in the future for registering or renewing custom Mukhtasers.
Data Updates:
Clients must regularly update their data to ensure the continuity of their custom Mukhtaser.
Request Limits:
The system reserves the right to limit the maximum number of custom Mukhtaser requests allowed per business or organization.
