Welcome to the “Mukhtasir” platform, owned and operated by Al Barmaja Al Sarea for Information Technology. We operate in accordance with the best professional and legal practices to ensure the confidentiality and security of the information you provide to us.
This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect users’ information across all sections of the Mukhtasir platform, which are:
Mukhtasir for Individuals.
Mukhtasir for Establishments (Free and Paid Packages).
Mukhtasir Custom (within the Paid Package).
A) In the Mukhtasir for Individuals section
Email address.
Phone number.
Social media accounts (as entered by the user).
Bank accounts (as entered by the user).
All of this data is manually entered by the user and is not collected from external sources or verified through third parties.
B) In the Mukhtasir for Establishments section
Official documents: Commercial Registration, National Address, VAT Certificate.
Establishment data: Trade name, Unified National Number, Tax Registration Number, National Address, contact numbers, email address.
Internal notes: Entered by the Mukhtasir team after reviewing and verifying the data through internal verification stages.
C) In the Mukhtasir Custom section (Paid Package)
Data similar to the Establishments section, with a customized Mukhtasir code of 6 characters chosen by the client.
Allows the client to add additional fields and data according to usage requirements, such as bank accounts, branch addresses, and links to social media accounts.
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
To provide Mukhtasir services and facilitate the use of the platform.
To verify and review establishment data to ensure its accuracy.
To make Mukhtasir data available for public search and inquiry through the system without the need for further consent from the data owner.
To improve service quality and develop the system.
To send notifications related to the service, subscription, or updates.
We do not share data with any third party outside Mukhtasir’s internal operations and work team.
No data is sold, rented, or exchanged with marketing or commercial entities.
Certain data may be disclosed upon request by official government authorities or through a binding court order in accordance with the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Data is stored in data centers located inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (cloud hosting).
All storage locations are subject to strict protection measures and advanced encryption and information security standards.
Users can edit their personal and business information through their accounts on the system.
The user has the right to request deletion of their account or modification of their data; however, the platform retains copies of the data as required for operational, regulatory, or legal purposes.
• We retain the data for as long as the account remains active.
• In the event of account closure or termination, we retain the data for a period determined by the company according to operational, analytical, or regulatory compliance needs.
We implement a set of technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your data from:
• Unauthorized access.
• Unlawful use.
• Unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
However, the user acknowledges and understands that the internet is, by nature, not a completely secure medium, and that the company exerts its utmost efforts without providing an absolute guarantee against any breach or leakage.
